White roses from President for 9/11 victims

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and his wife Ioma placing white roses at the New York 9/11 memorial erected in memory of some 3,000 people who died twenty years ago in the biggest terrorist attack on the US. The President was in the US to attend the United Nations General Assembly annual sessions. In his speech to the UN, the President called for more international cooperation to combat terrorism.
