Achievements

Thejini Gamage (11 years), a Grade Six student of Visakha Vidyalaya, Colombo won a Gold Award in the Junior Category of the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2021.

This competition has been held for over 100 years and is open to all 54 Commonwealth countries in the world. A total of 25,648 students entered this year, of which 13,050 students under 14 years competed in the Junior Category.
