Hang up a bag for the children of Poonakary this season

Appe Lanka and Barefoot are tying up this Christmas season to give customers to Barefoot the chance to buy a specially made bag to hang up on the Appe Lanka Christmas Tree at the Barefoot Garden cafe.

The bags priced at Rs. 1,300 will be the gifts given to the children in Poonakary. This being done for the fifth consecutive year to bring smiles of joy and a little colour into their lives.

Appe Lanka, initiated in 2016 by Shaan Corea provided people in the northern town of Poonakary with safe water, sustainable livelihoods and home gardens.
