ME Colombo geared up for Christmas

The merriment of Christmas filled the air of ME Colombo as it held its annual Christmas Cake Mixing recently. The General Manager, Wayne De Silva was joined together with the team including Front Office, F&B, Kitchen brigade, Housekeeping, Maintenance and IT to mix up the special ingredients.

As the countdown for the seasonal holidays begins, ME Colombo also re-launched some of its much loved food & beverage promotions.

Weekend Lunch Buffet

The Weekend Lunch Buffet is held every Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 3pm at the MY Dining restaurant. Executive Chef Sanjeewa has created an international spread with dishes ranging from Italy, Mediterranean, Asian & Continental sure to tantalise your tastebuds. From salads to noodles, rice, pasta to 3 varieties of meat items to seafood and of course an amazing range of desserts, are sure to leave you spoilt for choice.

Our very first “Extended Happy Hour” kicks off every Friday & Saturday with our special BBQ & Mongolian Night.

Your “Extended Happy Hour” on Fridays begins when you order the sizzling BBQ Platter for Two that consists of steaks, chicken, lamb chop, seafood skewers, tuna, chicken sausages, buttered vegetables and herb roasted potatoes paired with your choice of sauce. On Saturdays, choose your flavours and ingredients ( seafood, meat or both) and have our chefs toss up a delicious Mongolian Rice or Noodles from the pan to your plate and indulge in the Extended Happy Hour.
