NDB Bank becomes first local bank in Sri Lanka to be named as a Great Place to Work

National Development Bank PLC was recognised as one of the 40 Best workplaces™ by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka at the recently held awards ceremony at Hilton, Colombo.

NDB Bank earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in an anonymous survey and a culture audit conducted on HR practices which are matched against global qualification criteria required to be a Great Workplace. This recognition acknowledges the Bank’s efforts in creating an environment which fosters respect, trust and fairness.
