EDrops; offering an affordable and greener solution for your grocery deliveries

Zero- emission delivery is the premise behind eDrops, the newest grocery shopping app, delivering goods solely through electric bikes.

A subsidiary of CodeGen International, eDrops is just one of the many initiatives by the company to bring about greener, sustainable solutions to the challenges of the present day.

The app is available for download on Google Play and the Apple store or via edrops. net. Further, deliveries will be free for consumers located within Colombo and the Suburbs.

Operating through a dark store concept located in Rajagiriya, eDrops currently delivers to Colombo and the suburbs in under 30 minutes. The service began four months ago and is now growing in popularity. “With the present challenges of fuel shortages and people unable to go out and shop for groceries, the edrops app is a convenient, affordable and reliable means to meet the need of the hour in these times,” said Pabasara Karunanayake, Founder, eDrops.

As eDrops delivers exclusively through electric bikes, consumers can be assured of timely deliveries irrespective of the present challenges, the company said in a statement. eDrops also does not levy additional charges for their products.

CodeGen International, the parent company of eDrops, is a leading AI investor and technology solutions provider for the world’s largest bluechip travel and tourism companies. The organisation is geared to navigate and transform the technological landscape, to open a spectrum of opportunities in local and international multidisciplinary fields such as EV charging, automotive, agriculture, education and more.
