Stormzy receives an honorary degree from the University of Exeter

The rap, grime and hip hop star Stormzy has received an honorary degree from the University of Exeter for his work in the field of higher education and philanthropy. The 28 year old chart topping star received the degree on 21st June under his actual name Michael Owuo. Stormzy set up the Merky Foundation in 2020 to tackle racial equality in the UK.
