Health is very important for human beings. We have often heard that health is a treasure. It is true because the human body is used to being healthy.

Fast food also known as health. Fried food should also be avoided for our health. Exercises such as running, good for our health. We can eat porridge, cereal and such meals for breakfast. Eating fruits and vegetables will make us healthy and strong. So remember, never your health. The more you eat

Fussy eating is not good for the health. Craving for food like biscuits, cakes, cheese and cupcakes etc., is also not good. To have a balanced diet we should eat food that has carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Everyone in our country has heard that ‘Health is Wealth’. So make sure that you eat healthy food. Health is really wealth for humanity.
