MOSCOW, Dec 3, (AFP) - The Kremlin Saturday said it would “not accept” a price cap on Russian oil agreed by the EU, G7 and Australia towards limiting Moscow's funds for the Ukraine offensive, Russian news agencies reported. “We will not accept this price cap,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the agencies. He added that Moscow was “analysing” the move.
