Navy gets honour of hoisting National Flag in jubilee week

At the Galle Face Green, the daily hoisting of the National Flag at 6 am has been assigned to the Navy for this period which also coincides with the celebrations to mark the 75th anniversary of Sri Lanka’s Independence. Navy personnel are seen hoisting the flag at dawn yesterday.
