Zahira College annual prize-giving

Zahira College Colombo held its annual prize-giving ceremony for the years 2020 and 2021 at the school’s Ghaffoor Hall with Principal Trizviiy Marikkar presenting the Principal’s Report.

The Best All Rounder Students of the Year 2020, Jazeel Ahamed and of 2021, Atheeq ur Rahman, received the N.D.H. Abdul Ghafoor

Gold Medal along with the Deshamanya Prof. M.T.A. Furkhan Challenge Cup and Brigadier A. Ariyapperuma Memorial Challenge Cup from the chief guest.

Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt Maged Mosleh, Zahira College Board of Governors Chairman Fowzul Hameed, Old Boys Association

President Alavi Mukthar, teachers, students, parents and old boys were present at the event.

The Deputy Director General of Faculty of Languages Humanities and Social Sciences National Institute of Education, Dr. Darshana Samaraweera graced the occasion as chief guest.
