• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 400g peeled king prawns
• 200g whole unpeeled king prawns
• 1 lemon cut into quarters
• Salt and pepper for seasoning
To Serve:
• 1 small handful of coriander roughly chopped
• Crusty bread
