Colombo Mayor and Deputy return their vehicles

The Colombo Municipal Council’s senior official said so far the three vehicles given to former Mayor Rosy Senanayake and Former Deputy Mayor M.T.M. Iqbal had already been given back.

The official said Ms. Senanayake had sought permission from the Western province Governor to remain in the official residence until April 16.

“The mayor’s office key too was handed over to officials on Friday, and officials had handed over their offices,” he said.
