Pleas fall on deaf ears

Students who attend Bogoda College and samaneras who attend a pirivena closeby risk their lives daily while going along Bogoda-Halamba road that has couple of dangerous spots, villagers said.

Monks and villagers have made several requests to officials to build a bridge , but little has been done they say. They further claimed that many lives have been lost because of this stretch of road.
