Curtin Delegation Visits Curtin Colombo in Nawam Mawatha

Curtin Colombo had the honour of hosting the Curtin University delegation party of Professor Jeremy Kilburn, Provost of Curtin, Professor Seth Kunin, DVC Global of Curtin, and Mr. Guy Harris, Manager, Transnational Partnerships & Development on the 20th and 21st of March 2023.

The delegates were welcomed by Dr. Athula Pitigala-Arachchi, the CEO, and Prof. Mahesha Kapurubandara, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, along with the academic and administrative staff at Curtin Colombo. During the visit, the delegation enjoyed a campus tour, met the staff and students, and engaged in discussions with the senior management on strategic developments. The visit was also made memorable and lively, with the students of Curtin Colombo showcasing their talents at the delegation party.

Curtin has been offering degree programmes in Sri Lanka for over two centuries, making it one of the oldest foreign university degree pathways in the higher education industry. The operation has now expanded to offer the full Curtin curriculum of Curtin University's Engineering, Computing, and Business Degree programmes via the newest Curtin Colombo campus at Nawam Mawatha.
