Life is purely a battle field with many challenges and battles. From the very moment you wake up in the morning until you lay your head on the pillow at night, the day will be filled with many battles. Hurtful situations, rejections, disobedience of loved ones, job pressure, economic heat, parenting struggles, endless responsibilities, misunderstandings, separations and many other battles. At times these battles do not end even while you sleep, they keep haunting you in your dreams. Whilst my life was drowning in a pool of tears, nobody was able to understand me. They only labelled me as a loser, not knowing the struggles that I was going through. Similarly, you may be going through multiple attacks in life at this moment of time. Job pressure can push you towards the deep ends of stress. Family life issues may compel you to say “this is enough”. The disobedience of your children may shove you towards anxiety.

The stubbornness of your parents can make you feel depressed. Your loved ones leaving you may pierce your heart into pieces. The inclination of children towards drugs and other addictions will make you think that all your efforts are going down the drain. The rejections you receive from across the world may make you believe that you have been isolated and that there is no one in this world for you.

The moment our weaknesses meet our struggles, we will find that life becomes a tough battle field that makes us feel lost and lonely out in the world. The truth is you are not alone. Every single person is battling their own battles. It is just that nobody is willing to raise their hand and say “I’m going through hell”. This is why we must accumulate the needful armoury to face the battles in this war of life. We are busily gathering impressive clothes whereas the actual need is to own a good sword, helmet, breastplate and a shield for the battle. Ill and vague priorities have attempted people to drive their lives towards futile destinations where there are only tears and sorrow. Once your priorities are messed up, everything you consume will turn into tears.

With reference to all the life experiences I have gained over the years, I have compiled a very powerful, life changing book called “The Art of Bouncing Back” which I believe should be readily available in every house. If you do not have the manual you will not know how to operate the machine. If you think you will live your life by passing through all this, then by the time you learn everything, you would have surely reached close to leaving this life. That is why it is important to learn from successful and unsuccessful stories. Success stories will teach us the way that we could thrive for success whilst unsuccessful stories will teach us the instances that we may also fall into miserable pits.

My life story is highly regarded by many across the world as an astonishing comeback which has become a valuable case study for the world to learn the art of bouncing back whenever you are knocked down by the pressures and battles of life. My book “The Art of Bouncing Back” is a life transforming book which has fifty two (52) life changing topics that are sure to build your character to become stronger and move ahead victoriously amidst various battles we face in life.

This life transforming book “The Art of Bouncing Back” will be the ideal gift that for your wife, husband, parents and young children, as battles in life are common to everyone. This book is highly influential and appreciated by its readers and is now available at MD Gunasena, Sarasavi Book Shops and Expo Graphic Book Shops. You can also buy it through my website www.philipnehri.lk. Many a times we tend to make wrong investments in life. Every decision we make should be weighed in order to measure the contribution that particular decision makes towards our happiness. Also by nature we are persuaded towards making decisions which gives us instant pleasure over sustainable happiness.

A person may invest on four portions of fried rice a month and find it less interesting to enrol his child in an elocution class. A mother who invests on two blouses a month has endless concerns when it comes to deciding if she should send her daughter for a swimming class or not. As a nation we are blinded by all of this. We have made extremely poor decisions in the past. It is quite visibly seen in the people whom we have appointed to be in the parliament. Our selections are unproductive because many people focus only on the temporary gains or the short term motivation. Therefore, I invite all my readers to pay a visit to the MD Gunasena, Sarasavi Bookshop or the Expographic Bookshop and grab a copy of this life changing book “The Art of Bouncing Back” which many readers have testified to have changed their lives forever.

This book addresses the key areas that are needed at the battles in life such as Self Realisation, Procrastination, Overcoming Worry & Fear, Isolation, Focus Management, Resilience Development, Anger Management, Overcoming Ego & Inferiority, Handling Rejection, Overcoming Negativity, Cultivating a Victorious Mind set, Instant Gratification, Mind Elasticity, Enhancing the Capacity of the Mind, Overcoming Regrets, Handling Dream Thieves, Moulding a Pressure Proof Mind, Fuelling Dreams, Emotional Gearing and many other life transforming lessons.

Many have enquired from me the reason why I wrote fifty-two (52) chapters, the reason is because there are fifty-two weeks in a year, I thought it would be beneficial to have one good healthy meal a week. Therefore I included fifty two life transforming content that provides a good healthy meal every week for your mind to ponder upon. We should feed our minds with healthy thoughts. I strongly believe that at least one good mind meal is needed per week. This book also provides a fantastic insight on Emotional Intelligence (EI) which is a crucially important factor for us while working, parenting and living as a family. Dealing with colleagues, spouse, children, parents and neighbours seems to be one of the most challenging things to do. Therefore, we need to achieve a high level of Emotional intelligence (EI) so that living in this world is made easier.

In conclusion I earnestly request all my readers to be wise and grab a copy of this life changing book “The Art of Bouncing Back” which is available at MD Gunasena, Sarasavi Bookshops and Expographic Bookshops.
