Mindika wins Nalanda marathon

Mindika Peiris won the marathon event of the annual Inter-House Sports Meet of Nalanda College which was held last weekend in Colombo. Representing Nanda House, Mindika outshone with his temperament and composure to complete the course victorious while beating other runners representing other houses Mourya, Soorya and Chandra, who emerged overall winners. Mindika receives the winner’s award from his school’s Principal Thilak Watthuhewa watched by Sports Administrator M.M.J. Marasinghe.
